Pioneer in the field of RFID & IoT, Ashim has been spearheading i-TEK for the last two decades. He is a well-known technocrat and serial entrepreneur. He has founded several technology companies and is deeply involved in all of them. It was his passion for RFID & NFC technology that paved the path for i-TEK, where he endeavours to develop and deliver innovative RFID – NFC based automation and IoT solutions. Under his leadership, i-TEK has successfully implemented solutions across verticals like Retail, Logistics, Manufacturing to name a few. He has played a vital role in the success of the Indian National Electronic Toll Collection program and the Indian Customs Electronic Seal program.
Ashim is a team player and enjoys active participation in conceptualising all solutions offered by i-TEK. He has complete faith and confidence in his team and keeps them motivated to deliver their best. Ashim practises yoga and loves to travel to places of scientific and spiritual significance.
Jagdish Mitra, the Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Growth of Tech Mahindra, is responsible for driving global business growth. Jagdish is passionate about skilling, scaling SMEs, SMBs and startups with a focused interest in Deeptech and Innovation, as well as driving positive change through social empowerment. He currently co-Chairs the Science, Technology & Innovation Committee at FICCI. Additionally, he is a member of CII National Startup Council and on the CII’s National Committee on Skill Development and Livelihood and a member of the CII Council on India @75, where he chairs the sub group on Education – Functional Literacy using Digital Tools & Fintech. Jagdish holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications from Birla Institute of Technology and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of London.

An IT professional with more than 38 years of experience, Mr. Singh has served as the President and CIO for the last 22 years in the retail sector of a large Indian MNC conglomerate with a turnover of more than US$ 48 billion and diversified businesses across Fashion, Textiles, Metals, Cement, Real Estate, Chemicals, etc. His extensive work experience includes one of the top fortune 100 FMCG multinationals, a leading Indian conglomerate beverages company and one of the top four global consulting firms. He is a passionate, creative and analytical technology thought leader with experience in establishing a clear strategic vision for IT and executing that vision to achieve the organisation’s business objectives.
Santosh is an established finance professional with over 16 years of experience in the Information Technology, Financial Services and Manufacturing industry. He has rich experience in strategic risk management, shareholder value creation, cost management, forecasting and internal financial controls. During his 15+ years of association with i-TEK, he has been responsible for corporate and financial planning and designing and implementing systems to achieve financial discipline and improve the overall financial strength of the organisation. Santosh has played a key role in cementing the strategic investment from Tech Mahindra in i-TEK.

Kapil is our go-to person for marketing products such as RFID tags, readers, toll management work with SI’s, government business etc. He has over 19 years of comprehensive experience in Sales & Marketing, B2B Sales, Key Account Management, Vendor Management and Total Team Management. During his career, he has been instrumental in developing new markets for revenue growth and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to achieve business objectives. With his expertise in charting sales and marketing strategies, he has contributed significantly towards enhancing business volumes and growth and achieving profitability norms.
His vast experience in business and market development, product positioning and channel expansion makes him a valuable asset to the organisation. Excellent team-building, analytical, planning and organising skills make him a true leader. Currently, he works in the retail segment for RFID implementation in the upcoming market. Besides his work, he is passionate about travelling and table tennis. He has won championships in the past.
Abhishek has over 15 years of industry experience and has been associated with i-TEK for more than 9 years. His expertise lies in the unmatched implementation of RFID and IoT solutions across industry verticals.
The management of one of the largest RFID system implementations in India (Logistics Data Bank for Container Tracking) has been a major highlight of his career. His role has been commendable in the deployment of a one-of-its-kind Paint Shop Automation System (Automotive Manufacturing) and Item Level RFID Tagging (Retail).
His customer-centric innovative solutions and quick turnaround time set him apart. His commitment and passion have helped the organisation deliver a high level of customer satisfaction over the years. Abhishek is an avid reader and loves sports, football to be specific.

Santosh started his professional career at i-TEK over 16 years ago. Commitment is his middle name and he has played a key role in the success of i-Tek. He has extensive experience and in-depth expertise in building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships. He is excellent at understanding clients’ business needs and partnering with them during all the stages of solution implementation.
Out of the many triumphs at i-TEK, Santosh played a leading role in implementing the most prestigious Port Gate Automation system at one of the leading ports in India.
He possesses a deep knowledge of the business, product offering and value proposition. Santosh is primarily responsible for the business in Travel, Transportation, Logistics and Manufacturing verticals.
Santosh is an artist and loves drawing. You might just bump into him at an art museum.
Mr. Harde is a B.E. (Mechanical) with a PG Diploma in Advanced Computing with over 17 years in the IT industry. During his career, he has successfully developed process automation products for the Indian manufacturing industry. He has also delivered some significant projects for telecom and retail clients from the US and Canada.
His key responsibilities at i-TEK are to deliver projects and product increments, implement the best practises in development, and identify the technical and resource risk in projects. He believes that a motivated team is vital for delivering a good quality product. His vision for i-TEK is to build robust and quality products, which are simple and easy for users, and at the same time help the top management build statistics, do analysis, and take business decisions.
Amongst all his projects, a mobile application that he built, is close to his heart as it is being used by lakhs of users daily for planning and achieving their goals. He loves to read financial books/articles and cycling is his hobby.
Mr. Gadgil is senior technology leader with over 27 years of industry experience and is associated with i-TEK for over 8 years. His expertise is in managing enterprise projects, building relationships, and aligning technology solutions with business goals. Prior to i-TEK, Vivek has promoted a Software Product Development Company in India and USA.
Mr. Gadgil, in his role as Technical Advisor,is responsible for advising and sharing his expertise with team members, Defining, and developing applications for technical designs and Supporting team members in their programming activities. Vivek holds bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering and is a sports enthusiast.
Inspired by Ratan Tata, Amol defines success as accomplishments on all fronts – ethics, business and social awareness. He is a B.E. (Mechanical) engineer with 20 years of experience in successful deliveries for the biggest corporate groups across the engineering and IT industry.
At i-TEK, he ensures smooth deliveries, monitoring and controlling of project performance, end-to-end project coordination, stakeholders interactions, implementation of industry best practises to ensure customer satisfaction.
In the past, he has won appreciation for his efforts towards rolling out business processes and continual successful deliveries for a telecom giant in Europe and the UK. He wishes to raise the bar with his stint at i-TEK.
When he is not occupied with work, he loves to listen to music and read books.

With a keen eye for spotting talent, Sanjali at i-TEK manages the human resource department. She is in charge of recruiting, staffing, employment processing, and compensation. She also oversees employee training and orientation.
A go-to for any grievances, Sanjali is approachable and sensitive to employee needs and demands. Nurturing a positive working environment is her highest priority. She implements various appraisal systems, always encouraging team members to give their best performance.
Sanjali has an MBA in Human Resources and 15 years of experience in the field. On behalf of i-TEK, she also attended an extensive training program in Ohio, United States, and implemented an efficient Performance Management System that has highly benefited the organisation.
