THE CHALLENGE
Even though the product is put away in the warehouse from the end of the production line using a forklift, manual checking is still required to account for the production receipts. For dispatches, the Pick list is prepared without the location therefore search time is high, FIFO cannot be applied, and there is a risk of picking up the wrong products.Â

Proper product package identification and location should be mentioned for the whole process of picking, staging and loadingÂ
As per the product, volume and weight of the packed finished goods is generally high, therefore requiring Material Handling EquipmentÂ
The picking process is not efficient as the Product Storage Location is not accurateÂ

OUR SOLUTION
Our solution to this problem is a combination of RFID-enabled Forklift, RFID Tagged Pallets or Product packs, and RFID Tagged Locations. The objective is to capture Product Pack ID, and Storage Location ID during the PutAway process itself and save the data in the database for future use. This approach will eliminate manual processes, capture data online and improve the process efficiency with less manpower and within a shorter
